3RServices, LLC (3R) is a chemistry contract research and development organization founded by scientists who have several decades of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. At 3R, we provide unmatched organic synthesis, process chemistry, and analytical chemistry services to pharmaceutical, biotech, agrochemical, food companies and academic institutions worldwide.  We are particularly strong in complex organic synthesis of natural products, metabolite standards (both phase I and phase II), small molecule drug candidates, complex carbohydrates and reference compounds for drug discovery research and development.

We also provide drug formulation research and development services to our clients. We have special expertise in formulating compounds that have extremely low aqueous solubility to improve pharmacokinetics profile and oral bioavailability. We are equipped with modern research equipment such as waters HPLC and brand new VirTis lyophilizer to handle all your project needs, all within a state-of-the-art research laboratory in Branford, Connecticut (just minutes from Yale University).

A major component of any long-term relationship is trust.  At 3R, we understand your concerns about confidentiality. Every project is handled on the need-to-know basis.  If a confidentiality agreement is desired by our customer, we will gladly sign it.

At 3R we understand the importance of communicating with our customers. Our key scientists have managed CRO’s for former employers. Whether we are ahead or behind schedule, we will let you know promptly so you can plan your work accordingly.
