Clients provide targets with synthesis procedures:

Compounds can be made quickly if the procedures are robust and easily reproduced. However, in the event that literature procedures aren’t reliable, we are also skilled at troubleshooting problematic syntheses to make them workable. In any event, delivery of final compounds is virtually guaranteed.

Clients provide targets without synthesis procedures:

If it is a known compound, we will perform literature searches to find the synthesis. Otherwise, we will develop an effective synthesis of the target compounds.

Process Chemistry

Troubleshooting existing chemistry:

Regarding syntheses with problematic or irreproducible steps, we are particularly strong in figuring out the key factors that affect the yield of a reaction. We also provide the most optimal conditions to deliver satisfactory reaction yields every time.

Redesign your chemistry to improve overall yield and avoid hazardous chemistry:

When you come to us with existing chemistry, we will quickly provide compounds to support your planned studies. Without pressing for materials, we will redesign the synthesis to make it safer (i.e. avoiding dangerous and hazardous steps) as well as more economical (i.e. using less expensive starting materials and/or reagents).

Reaction scale-up:

We can scale the reaction up to a 500g scale in our own lab. For more reactor capacity, we can collaborate with our partners who are specialized in production quantities from 500g to hundreds of kilograms.
